This page wraps a local Defcoin fork of the MIT-licensed liteaddress.org generator. The safest workflow is still to download the local bundle, extract it to a folder, disconnect from the network, and only then create and print paper wallets.

Do not generate a paper wallet on a machine you do not trust. Anyone who gets the private key gets the coins.
